Mercedes boss Toto Wolff will "learn" from Hungarian Grand Prix incident

Mercedes' team boss admits that they will "learn" from the incident that occurred during the Hungarian Grand Prix involving Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.

Mercedes boss Toto Wolff has admitted that he will "learn" from the situation that saw Lewis Hamilton refuse a demand during the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Hamilton refused to allow teammate Nico Rosberg past him during the race yesterday as he thought it may affect the Drivers' Rankings.

"We will not have that situation again because we will try to learn," said Wolff. "We cannot expect the drivers in the second half of the season to move over for their main competitor."

Rosberg holds an 11-point lead ahead of Hamilton after the Hungarian race but the gap may have been significantly larger if the Brit had moved over.

Before Sunday's race Hamilton admitted that finishing in the top 10 would be a struggle.
