Mercedes's Lewis Hamilton: 'I'll work my arse off to win F1 championship'

Hamilton: 'I'll work my arse off for title'

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has insisted that he will "work his arse off" in order to clinch his second championship title.

The 29-year-old boosted his lead over teammate Nico Rosberg to 24 points in the driver rankings after winning the United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas last Sunday,

"I'm definitely in a different place to where I was back then," Crash.net quotes Hamilton as saying. "I think part of that is just experience, getting older and having those experiences of winning and losing, I feel that I understand the processes that I need.

"There's no real special recipe or anything like that, I'm just going to work my arse off for these next two races and try to improve."

The Brazilian Grand Prix is the penultimate event in the Formula 1 calendar, while Abu Dhabi will host the final race with double points up for grabs.
