Ferrari's Fernando Alonso has revealed that he would have 'no problem' with Lewis Hamilton joining him at the team next year.
Hamilton has been heavily linked with a move away from McLaren as his contract expires at the end of the current season.
Alonso believes that he could partner the Brit and claims that Ferrari would consult him before recruiting a new driver.
The Spaniard said: "It's an open chat, we talk, but in the end it's their decision."
Ferrari are believed to be looking for a new driver due to the poor form of Felipe Massa and the team's boss, Stefano Domenicali, recently suggested a move for Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel could work.
