FIFA have confirmed that Curitiba will remain a venue for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Delays in building the Arena da Baixada had led to doubts over whether matches would need to be rescheduled.
However, world football's governing body have now revealed that the city will still be able to stage its four fixtures in this summer's tournament.
The stadium is due to be completed around May 15, one month before it holds its opening game between Nigeria and Iran.
"Curitiba is confirmed as a World Cup venue, based on the financial guarantees, the commitment by all stakeholders and progress made," read an official FIFA statement.
"It's a race against a very tight timeline. Collective effort by all stakeholders involved in Curitiba must continue at highest pace."
The 2014 World Cup gets underway on June 12.
