Report: Fulham's Kevin McDonald bid knocked back by Wolverhampton Wanderers

Fulham's McDonald bid knocked back?

Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly turned down a bid of more than £1m from Fulham for midfielder Kevin McDonald.

Fulham are believed to have made two offers for the 26-year-old and both have been swiftly rejected by fellow Championship side Wolves.

According to the the Express & Star, Wolves boss Kenny Jackett views McDonald as a key cog in his side and is keen not to sell the Scot, who has a year left on his Molineux contract.

McDonald has made 91 appearances for Wolves since joining from Sheffield United in 2013 and was the only member of their squad to feature in every Championship match last season.
