Team News: Kevin Doyle drops to bench for Wolverhampton Wanderers

Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Kenny Jackett names striker Kevin Doyle on the bench for the visit of Oldham Athletic tonight.

Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett has opted against including striker Kevin Doyle in his starting lineup for the visit of Oldham Athletic in League One tonight.

The Republic of Ireland international will start the clash on the bench, with Lee Evans preferred to the 30-year-old.

Elsewhere, Jack Price has also been granted a starting berth having shaken off the knock which saw him substituted at half time in the 1-1 draw with Coventry City at the weekend.

Meanwhile, Oldham boss Lee Johnson has named two changes to his team following the 1-0 victory over Carlisle United.

Carl Winchester comes in for Adam Rooney, while Cristian Montano comes in for the injured Charlie MacDonald as the spearhead of the Latics' attack.

Wolverhampton Wanderers: Ikeme; Doherty, Batth, Ricketts, Price; Henry, Sako, McDonald, Evans, Golbourne; Griffiths

Oldham Athletic: Oxley; Grounds, Tarkowski, Kusunga, Mills; Wesolowski, Dayton, Winchester, Smith; Philliskirk; Montano
