Roberto Martinez decision delayed until next week

Roberto Martinez has reportedly delayed making a decision on his Wigan Athletic future until early next week.

Martinez was expected to make a decision today, but according to Sky Sports News a meeting with chairman Dave Whelan did not reach a conclusion.

The Spaniard has been strongly linked with both the Everton and Stoke City jobs, with Tony Pulis having left the latter earlier this week.

The decision is now expected to be made on Monday or Tuesday next week.
