Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez has hailed the impact made by Portugal boss Paulo Bento at Euro 2012.
Bento was named as Portugal boss in September 2010, and since then he has won 60 percent of his games in charge, while leading his nation to the semi-finals of this summer's tournament.
"I am really impressed with Portugal. I am fascinated how Paulo Bento has found the perfect, winning formula for Portugal," Martinez told Uefa.com.
"He deserves huge credit, it was a very astute tactical change to free [Cristiano] Ronaldo and allow all the good play."
Portugal meet Spain in the semi-finals of Euro 2012 on June 27.
