Team News: West Ham United signings made to wait for debuts

Ricardo Vaz Te, Nicky Maynard and Ravel Morrison have all been forced to wait to make their West Ham United debuts.

Morrison does not even feature in today's squad for the local derby with Millwall at Upton Park.

Carlton Cole will lead the line for West Ham, while Kevin Nolan will play in an advanced midfield role.

Visiting Millwall hand a debut to Andy Keogh up front, partnering him with Darius Henderson.
