Team News: Five changes for Newcastle United, West Ham United

Newcastle United make five changes for this afternoon's trip to West Ham United.

Florian Lejeune, Jacob Murphy, Mikel Merino, Isaac Hayden and Ayoze Perez are the men to make way.

Aleksandar Mitrovic misses out with a back problem, while Jonjo Shelvey serves the second of a two-match suspension as the Magpies attempt to put a stop to their nine-game winless run.
