West Ham United 1-1 Watford

Ricardo Vaz Te's late goal earns second-placed West Ham United a 1-1 draw at home to Watford in the Championship.

Ricardo Vaz Te's late goal has earned second-placed West Ham United a 1-1 draw at home to Watford in the Championship.

In a poor first half, the best chance came after just two minutes as Matt Taylor's speculative effort crashed off the crossbar for the home side.

Watford took the lead just before the hour as Sean Murray's shot from the edge of the area went in off the post.

The Hammers grabbed an equaliser in the final minutes when Vaz Te's effort found the net through a crowded penalty area.
