West Brom to move for Martins?

West Bromwich Albion are reportedly interested in bringing Rubin Kazan striker Obafemi Martins back to the Premier League.

According to the BBC, the Russian outfit will not entertain bids of less than £3m for the 27-year-old, who represented Newcastle United from 2006 to 2009.

His wage demands of £40,000 a week could also prove to a stumbling block as the Baggies search for new striking talent ahead of the new season.

The Nigerian is reportedly keen on a move to England following a difficult spell in Russia.
