Report: West Bromwich Albion keen to snap up Wayne Hennessey

West Brom chase Palace keeper Hennessey?

West Bromwich Albion are interested in signing Crystal Palace goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey, according to reports.

The Baggies have made a new keeper a top priority this summer due to the long-term injury to first-choice Ben Foster, who will miss at least the first three months of the new campaign.

The Birmingham Mail reports that Tony Pulis is weighing up a move for Hennessey, who has hardly featured since he moved to South London 18 months ago.

It is thought that Pulis is keen to know how much Palace want for the Welshman before a bid is made.

Pulis signed Hennessey for Palace in January 2014.
