Ben Foster urges West Bromwich Albion to maintain desire for rest of season

West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster insists that the side need to keep showing the same "team spirit" that they had in their win over Swansea.

West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster believes that it is imperative for the team to maintain the same standard that they set during Saturday's win over Swansea City.

The Baggies are now three points above the relegation zone in the Premier League table following their 2-1 victory at the Liberty Stadium.

"We showed great team spirit to get the win," Foster told the club's official website. "We need that every single game now and that has to be the standard for the rest of the season.

"We weren't willing to settle for a point. Three points was going to be a tough ask but we were definitely always going to go for it."

The win is the first triumph for head coach Pepe Mel in eight outings.
