Watford striker Uche Ikpeazu completes Doncaster Rovers loan switch

Watford youngster Uche Ikpeazu has joined Doncaster Rovers on loan a day after his loan at Crewe Alexandra was bizarrely cut short.

The 19-year-old extended his stay at Crewe until the end of the season on Monday, but then Watford recalled him yesterday after being contacted by Doncaster.

He has now joined Donny, another League One side, in a deal until the end of the season.

In eight appearances during his second loan spell at Crewe, Ikpeazu scored two goals, one of which was the opener against Doncaster at the end of November.
