Giuseppe Sannino blames tiredness for Watford's draw against Yeovil Town

Watford boss Giuseppe Sannino says that the 0-0 draw against Yeovil Town was a game too far for his side.

Watford boss Giuseppe Sannino believes that his players paid the price for a congested fixture list as they were held to a 0-0 draw against Yeovil Town this evening.

The Hornets were unable to hurt the Championship's bottom club in what was their 11th match in 45 days, and Sannino says that fatigue was a factor.

"I said before that my lads are playing a lot of games in a short time and in my opinion this is the main factor," Sannino told Sky Sports News.

"It is not an excuse but maybe the fatigue had set in because we have been playing a lot of matches. There was a lot of supporters from Watford here and maybe they deserved a little more from us."

Watford are 11th in the league table.
