Valencia have confirmed that they have agreed to sign Brazilian youngster Rodrigo Caio from Sao Paulo.
The 21-year-old is due to travel to Spain next week to undergo a medical before the deal is completed.
The transfer will cost Valencia €12.5m (£9m) up front plus an additional €4m (£2.9m) in performance-related add-ons.
Caio has represented Brazil at Under-21 and Under-23 levels.
