Antonio Di Natale reaches milestone in Udinese draw

Antonio Di Natale scored his 200th goal in Serie A as Udinese were held to a 1-1 draw by Chievo this afternoon.

The Bianconeri continued to dominate as Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu fired a shot just over from the edge of the box.

Chievo struggled to create any clear-cut chances, but Sergio Pellissier forced the keeper into a save from his fierce drive.

In first-half stoppage time, Di Natale fired Udinese ahead as he latched onto a poor clearance inside the box to smash an effort past the keeper.

After the break, Alberto Paloschi volleyed wide at the front post as Chievo pressed for an equaliser.

The visitors did manage to draw level in the 74th minute, as Ivan Radovanovic fired a powerful effort from range into the corner that left Orestis Karnezis with no chance.

Both teams settled for a draw in the closing stages, leaving Udinese seventh in the table and Chievo still languishing in the relegation zone.
