Tranmere Rovers sign striker Gary Taylor-Fletcher

Tranmere Rovers have announced the acquisition of Gary Taylor-Fletcher on a free signing.

The 34-year-old striker joins the Conference Premier side on a short-term contract until the end of the season.

The forward has been without a club since Leicester City released him at the end of last term.

He has scored over 100 league goals since starting his career with Northwich Victoria in 1999, as well as enjoying promotion to the Premier League with both Leicester and Blackpool.

Taylor-Fletcher starts for Rovers today away at Forest Green Rovers.
