Half-Time Report: Torquay United, Fleetwood Town goalless

The League Two game between Torquay United and Fleetwood Town is currently goalless at half time.

The away side had an early chance at Plainmoor when a low cross from Charlie Taylor nearly reached Jamille Matt at the back post after just two minutes.

Shortly after, Antoni Sarcevic blasted a chance over the Gulls bar, but a minute later, the home side threatened, the Fleetwood defence eventually scrambling the ball clear.

Midway through the first half, Aaron Downes unleashed a ferocious strike from 40 yards which had Chris Maxwell back-pedalling, but the ball floated over.
