Anzhi Makhachkala join Angelo Ogbonna race?

Big-spending Russian outfit Anzhi Makhachkala have reportedly joined the race for Torino defender Angelo Ogbonna.

The 24-year-old, who has also been linked with Manchester United, is regarded as one of the best defenders in Serie A.

According to Tuttosport, Anzhi have identified the defender as their next marquee signing and could make a move in January.

Ogbonna is rated in the region of £16m.
