Jens Toornstra denies Swansea City talks

ADO Den Haag midfielder Jens Toornstra has insisted that he has "never spoken with Swansea City" despite behind heavily linked with the Premier League club.

The 23-year-old, who has impressed in the Eredivisie this season, has reportedly attracted the interest of a host of European clubs.

It is understood that he will depart Holland in the January transfer window, but he has revealed that he has not yet been approached by a Premier League club.

"I really have never spoken with Swansea. But for me it is a dream to play in England at some point. I have had a much better season than last year. And the team is also getting better," he told he told De Telegraaf.

Toornstra scored twice in his side's 2-0 win over NEC Nijmegen at the weekend.
