Swansea City youngster Keiran Evans signs first professional deal

Keiran Evans has agreed his first professional contract with Swansea City.

The 17-year-old, who has been with the Premier League club since the age of six, has committed himself to the Liberty Stadium until the summer of 2017.

"I have grown up with the club and now I am getting closer and closer to where I want to be and what I have been working towards," the midfielder told the club's official website.

"I want to make my family proud and keep working hard towards the overall goal of playing for the Swans."

Evans has made 23 appearances for Swansea's Under-18 team this season.
