Swansea City manager Garry Monk has admitted that he is shocked no club has made a move for their Spanish striker Michu.
Having made an immediate impact in the Premier League for Swansea, where he scored 22 goals in the 2012-13 campaign, Michu spent last year on loan at Napoli.
However, he struggled for both form and fitness during his time in Italy.
Swansea are willing to offload the striker, but to date no club have made a suitable offer for the Spaniard.
"I am little surprised that nothing has happened yet," Monk told the South Wales Evening Post. "Michu is a good player."
Swansea host Newcastle United on Saturday, looking to build on an impressive opening day draw at Chelsea.
