Ben Davies signs new Swansea City deal

Swansea City defender Ben Davies has signed a new three-and-a-half-year contract with the Premier League club.

The 19-year-old has made 11 appearances in all competitions for the Swans this season and has also been called up twice for Wales.

"I'm delighted to have signed a new deal here," he told the club's official website. "It shows the faith the club has in me and I've been rewarded for my performances so far."

Davies is expected to feature for Swansea when they travel to Liverpool in the league on Sunday.
