Billy Jones has insisted that Sunderland are "very close" to recording their first Premier League victory of the season.
The weekend's 0-0 draw with Swansea City at the Stadium of Light extended Sunderland's winless run to six matches, which has produced a points return of five.
However, right-back Jones has revealed that no-one at the club is particularly concerned by that form.
"I don't think there's any worry. We know we're very close to getting that [first win]," he told Sunderland Echo. "We've been consistent with our draws, and hopefully we can do the same with wins - get one and go from there."
Next Saturday the Black Cats will play host to Stoke City.
