Stuttgart come from behind to beat SC Paderborn and confirm Bundesliga survival

Stuttgart stay in the Bundesliga as goals from Daniel Didavi and Daniel Ginczek send Paderborn down.

Stuttgart have retained their Bundesliga status thanks to a 2-1 win away at SC Paderborn - a result which relegates the hosts.

The home side took an early lead as Marc Vucinovic found the bottom corner with a fine shot from the edge of the box.

Stuttgart should have equalised 10 minutes later, but Martin Harnik headed wide from close range.

However, they did bring the scores level as the game edged towards half time, with Daniel Didavi slotting in a rebound from inside the penalty box.

In the second half, the visitors began to dominate the game as Christian Gentner dragged a shot wide from inside the box, and Harnik curled an effort marginally wide.

Their pressure paid off minutes later as Alexandru Maxim slipped a neat ball through to Daniel Ginczek, and he rounded the keeper and tapped the ball in.
