Stoke City linked with Ivica Olic

Stoke City manager Mark Hughes has reportedly targeted veteran Wolfsburg striker Ivica Olic.

The 34-year-old Croatian is out of contract at the end of the season and Kicker reports that the Welshman is prepared to offer him a new home at the Britannia Stadium.

Hamburger SV are also said to be showing interest in the former Bayern Munich frontman, who has scored seven goals in 16 Bundesliga appearances this season.

Olic has won 89 caps for his country.
