Stoke City have agreed a fee with Birmingham City for the transfer of Cameron Jerome, according to Sky Sports News.
The 25-year-old will now discuss personal terms and undergo a medical at the Britannia.
The striker has scored 37 goals in 181 appearances for the Blues.
Jerome could be one of a few players leaving St Andrews on deadline day. Defender Scott Dann is reportedly edging closer to a move to Blackburn Rovers.
