Aaron Lennon rejects chance to join Stoke City?

Tottenham Hotspur winger Aaron Lennon has rejected the opportunity to join Stoke City, according to reports.

It was claimed earlier in the day that the England international had been on the brink of a £6m move to the Britannia Stadium after Spurs made it clear that he was available.

However, The Mirror suggests that Lennon has decided against signing a deal with the Potters, and he could now be set to stay at White Hart Lane.

Hull City were rumoured to be close to securing his services at the weekend before a proposed loan deal with Spurs collapsed.
