Team News: Giannelli Imbula makes Stoke City debut

Stoke City have handed Giannelli Imbula his debut as the Potters host Everton this afternoon.

The club's record signing, acquired from Porto for £18.3m, is one of three changes from the side that suffered a 3-0 defeat to Manchester United on Tuesday.

Also coming in are Xherdan Shaqiri and Mame Biram Diouf as Bojan Krkic, Peter Crouch and Jonathan Walters are absent from the squad.

The travelling Toffees, meanwhile, are unchanged from their 3-0 win over Newcastle United in the week as deadline-day signing Oumar Niasse plays no part.
