Brek Shea could make his Stoke City debut in Saturday's Premier League trip to Fulham.
The American winger, who signed from FC Dallas on transfer deadline day, featured in a friendly win over Scunthorpe United at the Britannia Stadium on Tuesday.
Stoke coach Mark O'Connor said: "He comes into our thinking for Fulham. He is in the mind of the manager."
The Potters go into the match at Craven Cottage in 10th place in the Premier League table.
