Moses sidelined for up to six weeks

Stoke City winger Victor Moses has been ruled out of action for up to six weeks with a thigh injury.

The 23-year-old, who is on loan from Chelsea, suffered the problem last weekend during Stoke's 2-1 defeat at home to Burnley in the Premier League.

Moses has scored one goal in 12 games for the Potters so far this season.

"He has a significant thigh injury which is likely to keep him out for several weeks," assistant manager Mark Bowen told the club's official website.

Stoke are back in Premier League action on Saturday when they travel to Anfield to face out-of-form Liverpool.
