Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that defender Vlad Chiriches has joined Napoli.
The Romanian international, 25, moved to White Hart Lane from Steaua Bucuresti in summer 2013 for around £8.5m.
Chiriches, who scored two goals in 44 appearances for Spurs, is understood to have cost Napoli £4.5m.

Chiriches has won 32 caps for the Romanian national team since 2011.
