Tottenham Hotspur reportedly retain an interest in Milan Skriniar, but the Inter Milan centre-back is not thought to be keen on a move.

Tottenham Hotspur retain an interest in Inter Milan centre-back Milan Skriniar, according to a report.

Nuno Espirito Santo could oversee a significant defensive reshuffle this summer, with Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Davinson Sanchez all thought to be on the transfer list.

Fabio Paratici is thought to be prioritising Serie A targets for his new-look Spurs side, but deals for Takehiro Tomiyasu and Cristian Romero are reportedly at risk of falling through.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Tottenham could still make a swoop for Slovakian defender Skriniar, who is thought to be valued by Inter Milan in the region of £51.5m.

However, Real Madrid have also been linked with a swoop for Skriniar as they prepare for Raphael Varane's proposed move to Manchester United, and the Slovakian centre-back supposedly has no interest in moving to North London.

Skriniar scored once in three games for Slovakia at Euro 2020 and is currently tied down to Inter Milan until 2023.
