Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United chasing Callum Wilson?

Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are reportedly considering summer bids for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson.

Callum Wilson is reportedly being pursued by Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United this summer following his return to the Bournemouth squad.

The 24-year-old striker was an integral part of Bournemouth's promotion to the Premier League last season, scoring 20 times as the Cherries were crowned Championship champions.

After a strong start to the club's debut season in the top flight, including finding a hat-trick against the Hammers last August, Wilson was forced to sit out for six months with medial knee ligament damage.

Wilson made his comeback as an injury-time substitute in his side's victory at Aston Villa at the weekend, a game that took Bournemouth past the 40-point mark.

According to The Sun, Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino eyes Wilson as perfect cover for prolific frontman Harry Kane, while Hammers counterpart Slaven Bilic is hunting for new options up front. Both sides are expected to lodge bids when the summer transfer window opens.

Wilson moved to the south coast side from Coventry City in 2014 for a reported fee of £3m.
