Real Betis are reportedly prepared to hand a new contract to Loren Moron in a bid to fend off interest from Tottenham Hotspur.

Real Betis are reportedly keen to extend the contract of striker Loren Moron.

Having contributed nine goals and two assists in La Liga this season, the 26-year-old is said to have emerged as a target for Tottenham Hotspur.

Although the Premier League outfit have no plans to sell Harry Kane, there is a desire to bring in quality backup for the club's leading marksman.

However, according to Canal Sur Radio, Betis are prepared to do whatever necessary to keep Moron at the Benito Villamarín Stadium.

The report claims that the Spanish outfit will hand Moron a deal until 2024, which also includes a £45m release clause to ward off future interest in one of their key men.
