Tottenham Hotspur are close to capturing Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra.
A fee of £10m is reported to have been agreed between the Premier League and La Liga sides.
If the transfer goes through, the 26-year-old French international will be reunited with Harry Redknapp, whom he worked under at Portsmouth.
Diarra has had previous spells at Le Havre, Chelsea and Arsenal.
