Report: Tottenham Hotspur favourites for Luka Jovic

A report claims that Tottenham Hotspur are leading the race to sign Red Star Belgrade's 17-year-old attacker Luka Jovic.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly risen to the head of the queue in the race to sign Red Star Belgrade striker Luka Jovic.

The 17-year-old, who has also been linked with Chelsea and Arsenal, came through the academy with his current club and has scored 10 goals in 32 league appearances for the first team.

A number of European clubs are said to be monitoring the Serbian youth international, but according to Calciomercato, Spurs have emerged as the favourites to complete a deal.

Jovic, who has found the back of the net on three occasions this season, has represented his country at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-19 levels.
