A report claims that Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy would 'refuse to pick up the phone' to any club interested in signing England forward Harry Kane.

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy would reportedly 'refuse to pick up the phone' to any club interested in signing England forward Harry Kane in this summer's transfer window.

Manchester United have been linked with a move for the 23-year-old over the last 24 hours, and it has been claimed that Spurs would demand £200m in order to sell the forward ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

However, it has now been reported that even £200m would not be enough to convince Spurs to sell their prized asset, who has scored 99 times in just 165 matches for the team that he has represented since 2004.

"Any club that wants to bid for Harry, we simply won't even take the call," The Sun quotes a Tottenham source as saying. "We have not been contacted by anyone but, in the simplest terms possible, Harry Kane is not for sale at any price.

"We have no interest in selling him or any of our principal players. No amount of money would even make Daniel Levy and the board consider their position."

Kane netted 35 times in 38 appearances in all competitions for Spurs last season.
