Mousa Dembele 'top of Tottenham Hotspur for-sale list'

Mousa Dembele tops the list of players Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to offload as part of a New Year facelift, according to a report.

The Belgian midfielder is out of contract next summer and can therefore leave on a free if no offers are tabled in the winter.

Having become the first side in the Premier League era to fail to sign any new players during the summer window, The Sun suggests that Tottenham will use the January window to freshen up their squad.

Dembele is among those deemed surplus to requirements, as are Victor Wanyama, Georges-Kevin N'Koudou and £17m flop Vincent Janssen.
