Harry Redknapp believes that coaches up and down the country should mimic the way Brendan Rodgers sets his Swansea City side out to play.

Harry Redknapp has paid tribute to the style of football that Brendan Rodgers has got his Swansea City side playing.

Redknapp's Spurs overcome the challenge of Swansea at White Hart Lane earlier today 3-1.

Speaking after the match, Redknapp believes that Rodgers's blueprint should be copied throughout England.

"Swansea pass the ball and really make it difficult for you," Redknapp told BBC Sport. "The way Brendan has set them up to play is fantastic and any youth coach should look at how he's got them playing.

"That's how we should be playing football in this country."

Rodgers has recently been linked with Redknapp's job at Spurs, should the latter opt to take over England.
