Harry Kane "buzzing" after Manchester City victory

Harry Kane talks up Tottenham Hotspur's chances of tasting success at home and in Europe this season following a run of eight wins on the bounce.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has claimed that his side have what it takes to go all the way on three fronts this season after beating Manchester City 2-1.

The Lilywhites pulled off a huge victory at the Etihad to maintain their impressive run of form, leaving them just two points off league leaders Leicester City.

As well as challenging for a first ever Premier League crown, Spurs are also into the latter stages of the FA Cup and Europa League heading into the business end of the campaign.

Speaking to Sky Sports News following the narrow triumph against City, Kane said: "We are challengers, we know what we are capable of. We are still in three competitions and we are taking them all very seriously.

"We are confident we can beat anyone in the league, you saw that today and we came away victorious. We are buzzing."

Next up for Tottenham, who have now won each of their last eight games in all competitions, is a European tie away at Fiorentina on Thursday night.
