Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has warned his players not to take Fulham lightly when they meet in the Premier League tonight.
Fulham, who welcome Spurs to Craven Cottage, will have Rene Meulensteen in charge for the first time following Martin Jol's departure from the club at the weekend.
Despite admitting that the hosts are unlikely to adopt a radical new style, Villas-Boas is aware that they may be boosted by their new boss.
"The reality is that with a change of manager the Fulham side won't be completely different, but I'm sure we'll see some new things," he told the club's official website.
"The motivation of a new coach is also important, especially for fringe players who weren't involved before. It gives them a lift and a new start.
"Fulham's system could be a surprise. We can't predict what is going through Rene's mind so we have to be careful."
Spurs head into the match without a win in their last four league games.
