Tottenham Hotspur injury, suspension list vs. Ajax

Spurs injury, suspension list vs. Ajax

Tottenham Hotspur head into the first leg of their Champions League semi-final with Ajax on the back of their first defeat at their recently-opened stadium.

Mauricio Pochettino's side went into Saturday's Premier League fixture with West Ham United having registered four successive wins and clean sheets, but a second-half goal from Michail Antonio earned the Hammers all three points.

Spurs now turn their attention to the European scene, having already gotten the better of Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City during the knockout stages.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest injury and suspension news for Spurs ahead of the match with the Dutch giants.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR'S INJURY LIST

Harry Kane sustained ankle ligament damage against Manchester City earlier this month, and the forward is only likely to play again this season if Spurs make the final of this competition.

Pochettino has previously said that Moussa Sissoko faces a couple of weeks on the sidelines through injury. That timeframe will be reached this week, but the Frenchman will continue to be assessed.

Harry Winks has spent a number of small periods on the sidelines over the past two months, and Pochettino has suggested that the midfielder will not be in contention for this match.
