Spain to face El Salvador on June 7

The Spanish Football Association have revealed that Spain's last friendly before the World Cup will be against Central American nation El Salvador.

That particular match will be contested on June 7, before the European and world champions travel to Brazil for the defence of their title on June 8.

It is believed that the players chosen to represent La Roja at the tournament will meet on May 26 - 19 days before their first match against the Netherlands.

Head coach Vicente del Bosque named his squad for next week's friendly against Italy on Friday.
