Bartra: 'Del Bosque best coach to have'

Marc Bartra has hailed Spain manager Vicente del Bosque following qualification for Euro 2016, claiming that the 64-year-old has been a key aspect of his recent improvement.

Spain qualified for next summer's finals following a 4-0 win over Luxembourg on Friday, and Barcelona defender Bartra says that he could not wish for a better national coach.

"I'm happy. We've reached our objective. We deserved to qualify," the 24-year-old told reporters.

"Del Bosque has been fundamental to my improvement. He's the best national team coach that I could have. Any team can make things difficult. It's not been an easy road. We've achieved our main ojective of finishing first and we can be satisfied."

Bartra has six Spain caps to his name following his 2013 debut against Equatorial Guinea.
