Mauricio Pochettino pleased with Southampton display

Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino is happy with the way that his side played in their 2-0 home win against Swansea City.

Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino has said that he is pleased with his side's performance against Swansea City on Sunday.

The Saints won their fourth successive game in all competitions as they got the better of the Swans 2-0 at home in the Premier League.

"We played against a great opponent like Swansea, there were different parts of the game where we dominated the game and others where Swansea did," he told Sky Sports News.

"I am delighted with the three points and it is very good form to take into this two-week break ahead of the game with Manchester United.

"I don't know where we will finish, I don't have a crystal ball and the most important thing is to prepare for every game and getting the three points."

Adam Lallana and Jay Rodriguez scored the goals for Southampton at St Mary's Stadium.
