Jack Cork is hoping that Southampton can claim their third scalp in recent weeks when Chelsea visit next weekend.

Southampton midfielder Jack Cork has urged his teammates to "replicate" their recent performances against the bigger clubs when they face Chelsea next weekend.

In the last few weeks, the Saints have managed to defeat both Liverpool and Manchester City in front of their own supporters.

Next up on the South Coast will be Cork's former club Chelsea and the 23-year-old has been quick to highlight the significance of the match.

"It's a massive game. We didn't do too well against them in the FA Cup earlier in the season, but we put in a much better performance in the league at their place," he told the club's official website.

"We've put in good performances and got good results against the last two big teams that have come to us, so hopefully we can replicate that."

Southampton will go into the match 16th in the Premier League standings.
