Johnson extends Wednesday stay

Sheffield Wednesday winger Jermaine Johnson has agreed terms on a new one-year contract at the Championship club.

Johnson, who joined the Owls in 2007, will now stay until 2014 as his previous deal ran out this summer.

The Jamaican international has made 224 appearances in all competitions during his six years at the club and has scored 29 goals.

He is currently the longest-serving player at the club.
